Important policies

A 30% deposit is required to secure all services. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 5 days of your appointment. Adjustments or corrections within this timeframe will be made at no additional charge. Any requests made after 5 days will be considered approval of the service and may incur additional fees.

I started my hair journey at 17 and, after exploring different areas of beauty, I fell in love with the art of hair. Helping people feel confident and love their look is what inspires me every day.
